Jared and I had exchanged some emails about identifying open tickets in Bugzilla that are popular.

What about bugs that the most people are subscribed to?
My initial thought was "not possible", and that was confirmed after
asking in the upstream development IRC channel.
Though we could still get that data by running some SQL query on the
database if we wanted.
Upstream tickets:
- Should have a way to search by number of CC: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62718
- Sort by the number of people on the CC list https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65370
Only found an external script in https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-engineering-services/ticket/24
For the records, defining "popularity", we now have
- >=20 votes: All | MediaWiki | MediaWiki ext. | Wikimedia
- High number of duplicates
on the frontpage thanks to bug 22170.
Version: wmf-deployment
Severity: enhancement
