Intention:
Add a link to a redirect page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Mediawiki.org. Open a page in VisualEditor and type some text.

2. Select a word and try to link it to [[Help:Help]], an existing redirect page.

Actual Results:
It claims that the existing page is a "New Page"/redlink.

Reproducible: Always

This only happens at Mediawiki.org The problem cannot be reproduced at either beta labs or at the Wikipedias, so it must be something in wmf18.
