Description

The community of Spanish Wikiquote has aproved:

Enabling Special:Import and configure sources
Enabling rollbacker group, with "rollback" and "autopatrol" flags
Enabling autopatrolled group, with "autopatrol" flag
Enabling patroller group, with "patrol" flag
Sysop group has the ability of grant/revoke Rollbacker, Patroller, Autopatrolled, and Confirmed groups.
