Description

The moderation message reads: "This topic was hidden by User (Talk | contribs)" with the user tool links appearing only on hover.

In translations where the username does not appear at the end of the line, this leaves awkward whitespace.

Example:

Probably either disable the show/hide on hover, or not include the user link toos at all.

In latest code the "This comment|post was hidden by USERNAME" is not a link and has no hover behavior.
