If you switch editors twice and try to close the overlay, it reloads the other overlay

Description

Originally fixed this with a combination of OverlayManager::replaceCurrent() and the closeOnBack flag, but this caused the 'abandon edit' warning to be displayed twice. Probably need to do some more work on OverlayManager.
