Description:
I'd like the Category namespace to be added as a default search criteria in the Hebrew
Wiktionary for all users. I'm an administrator there (it won't help putting my username
there since it's in Hebrew, but I go by the same nick, Scarlight, on the Hebrew
Wikipedia).

We need this addition because a certain linguistic structure (roots) is represented as a
category. It's important to allow users to search these categories without further
action on their part.
