Intention:
Edit an existing reference

Steps to Reproduce:

Open any article containing an existing citation in Firefox. (I can't reproduce this in Safari.)

Open an existing reference.

Look at the "Options" area.

Actual Results:
The icon overlaps with the text. See screenshot.
