This will allow us to amend the build to link against the libraries we want and to include extensions that we have ported to HHVM. The resultant packages will still not be production-worthy, but they will ideally be cleanly installable on Labs without requiring resorting to hacks, and they will facilitate the testing of extensions and upstream patches.
