"Wikipedia-android-strings-last updated text" message needs to be more flexible

Description

When showing this message in Hebrew, it needs different wording for "2 days ago" and for "on March 2".

Maybe it should use different messages for different types of timestamps.

Can you please provide some additional context, such as how this problem manifests to the user and what the course of action should be?
