Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Open the transclusion add dialog box by going to Insert>Template
3.Click on the "Show Options" button
4.Now click on the "Add template" button
Observed Result:
The "Insert Transclusion" button becomes enabled and clicking on that does nothing
