Time-series graph which shows when the metric stopped reporting

The '-total' profile key stopped reporting on the Wikimedia Cluster on the 27th, supporting the possibility that the bug (if indeed there is one) falls in the commit range between 1.23wmf18 and 1.23wmf19.
