Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE

2.Insert an image or a reference somewhere at the centre of the page for better viewing the effect of it.

3.Now click on the Reference Icon or the Media Settings icon

Observed Result:

You will see the hand icon inside the dialog box and upon double clicking it selects some part of the dialog box.
