Description

When you edit a bug and put a bug number in the See Also field, Bugzilla creates a comment

See Also: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62304

The full URL is hard to read and lacks BZ's nifty title attribute that displays the "STATUS - description" of the bug in a tooltip. BZ should just output

See Also: bug 62304
