Could not reproduce the problem on https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedista:Malyacko/Sandbox?veaction=edit with Chrome 40 on Fedora 21.
Could not reproduce either by randomly trying on https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kintsugi&veaction=edit
Only one insertion/string replacement (as expected).
