Wow. This library wasnt installed already? It is a mandatory dependency of the pywikibot v2.0 setup.py on non windows platforms.

Eight months for a request to install a python package to see any response? Is this not the appropriate process? Anyway, I've created T86015 to add all the other dependencies.

Ah! That makes more sense! I was tricked by @Ricordisamoa 's use of tokens. :/
