Image viewer stretches small images.

Description

Whilst testing i noticed that if an image width/height is less than the screen resolution the media viewer stretches it.

To test upload an image that is 100px by 100px and view it using the multimedia viewer on a desktop browser. Not sure how best to deal with this.
