Is there any reason to believe people do not understand what the page is for? There is help icon already.

I do not think this is the right solution. It is better to write bugs from the perspective of the issue so that there is room to think about different solutions.

In this case, the issues would be that

1. a user does not understand some of the columns
2. a user does not understand why some language have different number of messages

Imho 1) could be solved by redesign of the page(s) (TUXification) and 2) can go to documentation.
