The section "
Article Sources and Contributors" seems to list contributors and titles for all pages, but then has a number of empty bullets. "
Image Sources, Licenses and Contributors" is followed by one page of empty bullet items.

I don't know if some credits are missing after those bullets or the bullets are just superfluous.

Priority can't be defined before knowing the answer to this question. If credits are missing, this would be a blocker for deployment.

If credits are missing, the priority can be increased.

PDF section is empty too because there are just no images, but it contains no empty bullets.

This is moot with the update, ePub is no longer supported.

Wrong. That's only true of Wikimedia projects and this report is not in the OCG component. The Collection extension still supports ePub conversion, which PediaPress also keeps offering in their server. WMF decided not to use it.
