because of T66082: Flow: logic of edit_existing browser test is broken and T66378: last updated notice should be removed upon clicking Edit Title we need to stop edit_existing.feature from running for Chrome right now

Can this be resolved? Looks like edit_existing.feature is no longer running for Chrome.

Looks like this is fixed. As far as I can see, StructuredDiscussions repo is using the usual cucumber tags in feature files. Please reopen if there is something left to be done here.
