VisualEditor: Edit summary typed into the article instead of the Save dialog in Firefox

Description

Intention:
Save a page.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Rearrange a lot of text.
  1. Click the save button.
  1. Start typing the edit summary.

Actual Results:
The edit summary appeared where I'd last been typing in the article, rather than in the Save dialog.

I tried to reproduce it once, with no success.

On reflection, I'm going to assume that this was caused by bug 65222 which is now resolved and so up-merging with that.
