Description

Horizontal scrollbar appears when pressing alt on Special:Translate if the screen width is small, because there is not enough margin for the shortcut markers for Alt+up and Alt+down.

Where? At the bottom or in the translation aids area?

We have bug 47043, but is this related to the bug you made me file against Chromium? https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=354489

The scroll bar appears on the page, this is not a duplicate (happens in LTR).

So is it related to https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=354489 or not?
