Since proper category sorting seems to be working correctly in MediaWiki now (I have tested the uca-cs collation now (thanks to MediaWiki-Vagrant!), and it seems to work perfectly!), could we get proper Czech sorting in categories, please?
I.e. set
$wgCategoryCollation = 'uca-cs';
on all Czech-language wikis.

Please ask for community consensus on each and every wiki that you'd like to see this change on.
Category collation is no simple config change; it affects daily work of Wikimedia users, and they have the right not only to be alerted about the change, but also to decide whether they like the change in the first place.
Definitely not on all Czech language wikis, at least Wiktionary is going to be an exception, at least at the beginning.

Change 132975 had a related patch set uploaded by Odder:
Set $wgCategoryCollation to 'uca-cs' on cswiki
Requires a shell user to rebuild category sort keys for the patch to work correctly, so I'm tentatively assigning this to Reedy who's been closing a lot of similar bugs in the past.
Also adding Bartosz, as this lies within his area of interest (and expertise).
The rebuild will be handled shortly. The last example wasn't friendly to the database servers so this one needs to be watched.
