Screen shot of mi.wikipedia.org recent changes page with raw html highlighted.

If the user preferences are set to the Maori language on the Maori Wikipedia, the Recent Changes page shows raw html in the "Recent changes options" panel. This problem does not happen if the user preferences are set to English, nor does it happen on the English language Wikipedia if the user preferences are set to Maori.

Done, but shouldn't the escaping be fixed (see comment 1)?

https://mi.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Rclistfrom removed in comment 3 so moving ticket from Wikimedia to MediaWiki product.

The escaping is correct, MediaWiki:Rclistfrom shouldn't contain things that are not actually a translation for this message.

If you want additional links on Special:RecentChanges, you should customize either MediaWiki:Recentchanges-summary (displayed above the form) or MediaWiki:Rclegend (displayed inside the form).

(You can look at https://mi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?uselang=qqx to see which messages are displayed where.)
