coordinate_import.py : Don't add coordinates if coordinates are used somewhere as a qualifier

Description

The English Wikipedia seems to add coordinates to persons. The coordinates are the location of the place of burial. People will move this to the place of burial property and add it as a qualifier. The bot should be able to detect this and not add the coordinate to the item again.

The bot is adding incorrect data which it can easily detect is wrong. That is a bug.
