Might be related to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65150 -- that change seems to co-incide with the lack of messages on the mailing list.

To make sure there's not also an issue on the ML end, I set the filter rules to 'hold' all e-mails that are not recognised as BZ emails.

Urgh. I am very sorry. :(
The "Bugmail disabled" field was set for some reason (probably Bugzilla trying to be smart when disabling the account for login, which needs to be done because otherwise anybody else could trigger a password reset email that would go to the email list).
