VisualEditor: Viewport scrolls to top after drag-and-dropping image

Description

Go to a page with an image that's below the fold (i.e. you have to scroll down to see it). Drag it and drop it in a position that's also below the fold.

The viewport scrolls up to the top, scrolling the image out of view :(
