Why does this block T72936: Important tasks to be solved (tracking)? I don't think T67989: automatically add changed section to edit summary when saving a page should be rushed in for 2.0.

T72936 has been renamed from Pywikibot 2.0 to Pywikibot 2.1 - explanation given on that task. (and I agree with the objection to rushing it in; instead we are rushing out a 'so stable it hurts' branch so development can continue)
