What's the best way to detect which language codes have new stats? (other than screen scraping https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:VisualEditor)
I guess parsing the list of *wiki directories at https://datasets.wikimedia.org/public-datasets/
We're killing ee-dashboard (and have been for three years); let's not add more cruft and links to it.
