Description

When hovering a link and then clicking it the shown Hovercard quickly disappears only to be immediately shown again before the new page loads.

Detailed steps to reproduce:
Hover over a link → Wait for the Hovercard to appear → Click the link

Notice how the hovercard disappears
Notice how the hovercard reappears
Notice how the link loads afterwards

This happens for me on Windows 7 using Firefox 29.0.1

I tested this with MacOS on Firefox and the issue seems to be present there too. Does the card reposition itself away from the mouse pointer for you too?

Yes, most of the time it reappears slightly off.

I can't reproduce this in Chrome (54.0.2840.98) and Firefox (47.0).
