Isn't there allegedly internationalization issues with this extension?

Setting to lowest priority to reflect reality - bug 48552 says "the extension is pretty much impossible to internationalise".
Some requests for deployment got even closed as WONTFIX.

Is it concretely possible?

Please, let's focus the discussion about i18n of PageTriage at Bug 48552. There are several projects (languages) interested and we need all the energy focusing in one point.
