Description:
Special:Disambiguations exists so that pages that link to disambig pages can
link to the correct page instead. But it is showing redirects which in many
cases exist solely to improve ease of searching. It would be much more useful
if there was an option to ignore redirects or if they were ignored by default,
in my opinion.

@db: This bug is has been accordingly updated to refer to the Disambiguator extension after the change you mention. Hence it is still valid in that context. Reopening.
