Does this bug pertain to compat too?

compat already uses 'category.aslink(noInterwiki=True)' , and that method adds the sorting label if self.sortKey has a value.

So I think this problem does not exist in compat, but we'd need to investigate whether these Category objects are instantiated with a sortKey. Needs tests, for core and compat!
