If someone mentions you on a file information page, then [[Special:Notifications]] reports that "X mentioned you on the [[File:Example.png]]". It should be "X mentioned you on [[:File:Example.png]]" instead. That is, remove "the" and add a colon. The image should be linked from [[Special:Notifications]], but not displayed on that special page.
