TemplateData: When importing parameters into the GUI, sort them and mark "missing" parameters

This is coming from hewiki feedback.

When importing new parameters from the template:

Make sure that the parameter list is sorted again based on the order that the parameters appear in the template code.
Mark parameters that appear in the dialog but are missing from the code itself, to make edit more convenient.
