Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with mobile VE with iOS Safari
2.Tap the cursor on a link to bring up the context menu for it
3.Now tap at the end of some other text to place the cursor there

Observed Result:
The context menu for the previous link is appearing on top of the article.

Another case to get such issue could be:

If you delete the content of a page which had a link, it shows the context menu for the deleted link on a blank page, I suppose the fix for the original issue, should fix this case as well?

I think this is now fixed too.

Both the cases got resolved, checked in test2
