Flow: IP userpages should link to their Special:Contributions

Description

In History pages/RecentChanges/Watchlists, and in current wiki talkpage signatures, an IP address is a link to their Special:Contributions page, and not to their userpage (IP userpages are almost never used).

Please change the post-author autolinks in Flow, to do the same.
