Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page and insert an image
2.Insert another image inside it
3.Select the image inside and try to open link inspector

Observed Result;
The link inspector appears without any UI'

The inspector now "works", but due to bug 72431 immediately closes, AFAICT. Nominally FIXED.
