Description

Place the cursor in a paragraph and change it to a heading the the popup tool
Open the popup tool again and observe that nothing is selected (with a tick)
Change the context (click in another paragraph/heading, then back)
Open the popup tool, the correct item is now selected

This may well be a oojsui bug, tbd.
