Can't encode MM/YYYY values for February, Augustus and December

Description

Okki reports the following peculiar behavior for date property fields on Wikidata.

  • When a MM/YYYY value is created for February, Augustus or December, the date is corrected as 01/MM/YYYY.
  • It's possible to create MMMM/YY values for the other 9 months

Hm. I can't reproduce this on https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Q120 now I come to think of it.

Okki confirms it work on testwikidata but not Wikidata itself.

Let's be more specific;

It works in English (yay) however the issue is confirmed when the interface language is set to a different language (in this case, French). Upping importance a bit now.

Marking this as a duplicate of 68236 as it includes the exact issue as opposed to this bug. It should be the other way around though.
