VisualEditor: Pasting more than one paragraph is painfully slow in large documents

Description

Pasting more than one paragraph triggers a full document re-render. This is clearly seen in the standalone client where all the paragraphs flash grey on re-render.

On en:Cat in Firefox it takes ~2s.
