From the watchlist or history, visit the diff of a change made by an IP editor – when you click on the IP, you're taken to the IP user page, and since most IP editors haven't created a user page, you're thrown into the editor and told to create the page.
Expected: the link should take you to the contributions of the IP.

Because of the merge of change Ic105766b545e9a0862c5fb17a468a762c3a56030 (without I1ed863cf515d362daf08391f7fabd972819601e3; no hint for dependency :() to link to Special:Contributions for anon users in history (which was merged for wmf16) the links on Wikipedia actually runs into "Page not found" (which isn't mobile optimized, too) :/
