I think this is a bit harsh. This is our shared ticket system. If we don't want to deal with it here, then where is a user supposed to go ?
Why not just leave it open while the relevant people are invited to participate here as well ? Let me mark it as 'upstream' to reflect this...
And let's put a better title on that.
