installer breaks

(Comes from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Project:Support_desk/Web_installer_broken.)

With change Iae873906abcd8b2a986e5f728f0ce207256de770 Vector changed the use from ID to classes. The installer content div doesn't have any class and breaks (see image).

Closing since this is a wmf branch. I don't think WMF will merge this change since they don't even use the installer.
