Description

"At the top of this page, the "discussion" tab is the only one I can click on. The other two tabs are visible but can't be clicked on."

There's also a weird Vector-like star floating over the tab area rather than a "watch" tab, which is the bug I was searching for before reporting. This turns out to be related: the div containing the weird star is what's blocking the tabs from being clicked.
