In Safari, Go to Insert>Media, try to enter something in the search box.
you will get the following error in the console and wont be able to place your cursor in to the search box:

This is happening for all citation dialogs, basic reference dialog, transclusion dialog, reference list dialog, Page Settings dialog.

This issue happens when you scroll down the page a bit and try adding reference/citation/media.
This happens everywhere: Betalabs, test2, production.
