Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Try to open Link/Math/Language/Special Character inspector

Observed Result:
None of them opens and in the console it shows the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined

Environment:test2.betalabs

Version: unspecified
