Description:
When a template generates sections, the Edit links for these section are all
wrong. For example:

Template:sect contains

{{{ID}}}

And a page does
{{sect|ID=foo}}
{{sect|ID=bar}}

The first edit link points to the template itself, the second points to an empty
section in the including page.
