Still a problem: I finally turned "Hide my edits from the watchlist" on in Preferences and it didn't do as expected. Especially when I've done a batch of edits to pages that are on my watchlist, for the rare instance when someone else touches the same group of pages, not much else is visible on a Watchlist display. It's disappointing that this setting has ben ignored for so long (although as I have just admitted I hadn't actually been using it).
@DavidBrooks Flow is maintained on the level of "bugs and issues coming up on this projects will ONLY receive attention if the issue is urgent, affects a large number of users and needs to be unbroken immediately" (see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/1114/). If someone contributes a patch, Growth team could make some time to look at it.
