External links inside PDF should not be HTTPS when page was accessed via HTTP

Description

Form Iran and China Https access is difficult so these two countries use Http for mediawiki projects.

Pdf which is generated by Collection extension has Https link on their internal Link
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%DA%A9%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A8%D8%B1:Yamaha5/bug_of_pdf

I connected to wiki with http but the pdf's links are in https

Ladsgroup edited projects, added OfflineContentGenerator; removed Collection.
Ladsgroup set Security to None.

As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on mediawiki.org.
