I see, sorry that I misunderstood.
The links are in #450000 (using HTML notation).
Why should they be blue instead? A reason would be welcome...
In mediawiki pages which existing are blue and none-existing are red.
So it is much better to colorize the existing pages in Blue.

Can you attach an actual PDF?
After discussion I realized links in PDF output shouldn't be blue or red, they are all brown for several reasons (like: outdated, printing in black and white, etc.)
So It's an invalid bug.
